Seven disciplines, one person to brief
Seven disciplines, one person: web development, Amazon, eBay, Google Ads, AI chatbots, Google Business Profile and SEO.
Senior Website Development
WordPress, WooCommerce and custom builds — fast, accessible, and structured so you can run them without calling a developer every week.
Most of the sites I am asked to rescue are not badly designed. They are badly built: a page builder stacked on a theme stacked on thirty plugins, four seconds to first paint, and a client who cannot change a price without raising a ticket.
I build the opposite. Clean templates, a sensible content model, images and scripts kept under control, and a short written handover so your team can actually operate the thing. Where a custom theme is overkill I will say so and configure a good one properly instead.
Amazon
Seller Central end to end — listings that convert, keyword-led copy, A+ content, and the operational hygiene that keeps your account healthy.
Amazon rewards relevance and conversion, in that order. I research the terms buyers actually use, write titles and bullets around them, and build A+ content that answers the objections your reviews keep raising.
Beyond the listing: flat-file uploads, variation families that do not break, category and browse-node fixes, suppressed-listing recovery, and clean reporting so you can see which ASINs earn their shelf space.
eBay
Store setup, bulk listing, item specifics done properly, and promotions that move stock without wrecking your margin.
eBay is unglamorous and still profitable for a lot of sellers. Most underperforming accounts I see have the same problems: thin item specifics, titles written for humans instead of search, and postage settings that quietly lose money on every order.
I set up the store structure, bulk-list properly, fill in every specific the category supports, and configure promotions and Promoted Listings so the spend is deliberate rather than automatic.
Google Ads
Search, Shopping and Performance Max built around profit, with conversion tracking you can actually trust.
The first thing I do on any account is check whether the conversion tracking is telling the truth. It usually is not — duplicate tags, form loads counted as leads, a Shopping feed reporting revenue twice. Optimising against bad data just gets you to the wrong place faster.
Once the measurement is sound: tight structure, negative keyword work from the actual search terms report, feed quality for Shopping, and honest reporting on cost per acquisition rather than clicks.
AI Chatbots & Automation
Assistants that qualify enquiries, answer the same twenty questions and book straight into your calendar — with a clear route to a human.
A chatbot earns its place when it handles the repetitive traffic well and hands over cleanly when it cannot. I build them on your actual content — services, pricing rules, availability, policies — and connect them to your CRM or calendar so a booking is a booking.
Two rules I hold to: the assistant says it is an assistant, and anything sensitive, complex or upset goes to a person quickly. Concealing automation costs more trust than it saves in labour.
Google Business Profile (GMB)
Claim it, fix the categories, fill it in properly and keep it active — usually the highest-return hour in local marketing.
For anything local, the map pack sits above the organic results and takes a large share of the clicks. Your profile decides whether you are in it. It is free, most businesses complete about a third of it, and the gap between a neglected profile and a maintained one is often the gap between a quiet phone and a busy one.
I handle claiming and recovery, category strategy, services and products, photos, Q&A, posts, and a compliant review request flow. What I will not do is generate fake reviews — a suspended profile costs far more than they were worth.
SEO
Technical fixes, content that answers real demand, and reporting that leads with enquiries rather than rankings.
SEO is not mysterious, it is just slow. I start with a crawl and twelve months of Search Console data, find the pages already close to ranking, and fix those first because that is where the fastest return is.
After that it is a steady cadence: technical remediation, content produced against genuine search demand, internal linking that pushes weight to pages that convert, and links earned rather than bought.
What people ask before hiring me
Cover, yes — I have shipped work in all of them. Be world-class in all seven simultaneously, no, and I would not claim it. What one person gives you is that the site, the listings, the ads and the automation are designed to fit together, instead of three agencies each optimising their own slice. For very large or specialist work I will tell you when you need a dedicated team.
Fixed price for defined projects, so you know the cost before we start. Monthly retainers for ongoing SEO, ads or marketplace management. Hourly only for genuinely open-ended work, and I will say upfront if that is what your job is.
You do. Everything is set up in your name — hosting, ad accounts, Search Console, the lot. On full payment the code is yours. If we stop working together you keep all of it, and I will hand it over properly rather than making you chase it.
Fake reviews, purchased email lists, guaranteed-rankings promises, and AI agents that pretend to be human. I will decline those and explain why. I also do not do graphic design or photography — I work with people who do.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is a normal place to start. Tell me the outcome you want and I will tell you which of these gets you there — including when the answer is none of them yet.
