Who I am

This website is operated by Usama Shahzad. If you contact me through it, I am the data controller for the information you send. This notice explains what I collect, why, how long I keep it and what rights you have.

What I collect

  • Enquiry details — your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, budget range and the content of your message, when you submit the contact form.
  • Client information — contact and billing details, and the account access needed to deliver work you have engaged me for.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and pages viewed, collected through analytics where you have consented.

Why, and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry — legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract.
  • To deliver work — performance of a contract.
  • To improve the site — consent, through analytics cookies.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.

Who sees it

I do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the services needed to operate: the website host, email provider, and accounting software. Each is bound by its own data processing terms.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects — 24 months from last contact.
  • Client records — as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Analytics data — 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email me using the address on the contact page and I will respond within one month.

Cookies

This site sets only what it needs to function. Any analytics or marketing cookies are set only with your consent, and you can change or withdraw that at any time in your browser settings.

Changes

If this notice changes materially I will update it here along with the date at the top.
